[Dxspider-support] Partner connection failure

Hi sysops
When I try to establish partner connection I got these lines in my log.

1746625808^(connect) CONNECT 261 sort: telnet command: cats-home.net 37300
1746625808^(connect) Connected 261 to cats-home.net 37300
1746625808^(progress) CMD: 'conn r1blh-1' by R5ACQ ip: ::1 3mS

The connection does not establish. I can successfully ping cats-home.net 
both IPv4 and IPv6.
I wonder why it happens. It all was good until resently. Your advices 
are welcome.
