If I set/badspotter IZ1RHI or IZ1RHI/1 while doing a sh/badspotter, I see:
IZ1RHI set on 14-May-2025 1736Z
but IZ1RHI/1 spots keep coming in.

It seems IZ1RHI is threatening the system operators if they block him. I see
his IP address is 78.208.67.21.
