<div>I'm sorried, I did mean to ban him from the cluster network. As he's a CW operator he should be still visible in RBN. But he said he's not using cluster network so there's nothing wrong about rejecting his call on the DXcluster network. I will forward this message to the DXspider list. Hopefully someone will forward this to the other lists as I am only a DXspider user. I have no clue about ARcluster lists out there.</div>

Here's a guy whose QRZ listing makes him out to be a real Luddite, vehemently opposed to computers and decoders for CW, and yet he's using a Winkey CW decoder to demonstrate QRQ CW with an electronic keyer. The problem, as I can see from his QRZ, is that it needs to be in French. Maybe I can try with Google Translate.</font></p>

I looked at his QRZ entry, and he is certainly down on spotting, DX chasing, etc., but he is also extremely active - his number of lookups on QRZ is 30 percent higher than mine. The puzzling thing is that according to the RBN's records, he has been an RBN node-op for the last 5 years, and was last online with our server, as I write this, 16 minutes ago. How does that fit?</font>

However as I type this he reconnected as f8dgy1 from

Which is also from wanadoo.fr.
If anyone finds either of those ip's in their log from a different callsign it might help determine who it is.

Dear all,
I am reading a lot of spots in the DXcluster from spotter=F8DGY (see attached screenshot). It seems that those spots are automatically generated because I just saw my own callsign right after I called CQ, just a few seconds later. That means this "bad guy" is using an SDR to monitor the band and he spots all stations appearing on the RBN network.
I looked into the QRZ.com page of F8DGY and as it seems someone is abusing his callsign. Is there anything known on this and is it wise and does it make sense to block him because he is abusing the DXcluster?
