Meanwhile and for the beginning <u>I would suggest to block his IP address at all</u>, that's the best way to protect from such intentional spammers who have the goal to disrupt and disturb ham radio activities!</div>

<div>In the next step it would be a good idea to contact the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%A9seau_des_%C3%89metteurs_Fran%C3%A7ais">REF </a>(The <b>Réseau des Émetteurs Français</b> (<b>REF</b>) in English, literally "Network of French Radio Transmitters") and to explain them what F8DGY is doing obviously and intentionally to disrupt ham radio operations. He is using pirated calls which he does not own and although he is not transmitting over the air with that call signs, he is <strong>faking identity</strong> which is misleading information and that can be persecuted. Not only by amateur radio law but also by internet laws.</div>
