Not really useful or needed information. Some might call it Spam.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">For me and my users here in West Virginia where ham cluster shows me as the only node in West Virginia, I pretty sure none of us will telnet to a Europe node to connect. It’s like saying, 'I am not going to dust that table because it is only a small percentage of the house'. Regardless of the percentage of overall traffic they represent, they don’t need to be there.<div class="">You are quite right that everyone has a right to do what they wish on their own cluster node, as long as it does not impact the network negatively. If people are happy to get all these announcements, that is their right of course. Why oh why do I see so many beacons coming up using Ann/full on the network? I get pages of the damn things. I get a lot less now because I add them to badspotter! I have never seen the use for these. Most users use login programs and never see them anyway and the users they are targetting are already using the cluster they are used to.<br class="">
