          <p class="MsoNormal">The crucial problem here is that there
            has <b><u>not</u></b> been a WCY update since 15h00 on 31st
            May.
            <br>
            <br>
            The secondary problem is that because no WCY has been sent
            recently, the WCY spot queue in RAM is empty after a restart
            and, for some reason - yet to be determined - sh/wcy does
            not fall back to reading the stored data automatically. Just
            for added spice: if the RAM cache has been emptied (because
            it was out of date), it will automatically read the stored
            WCY files.
