requested some time ago. There is a parameter somewhere that you
can set to the minimum frequency above which you will allow one of
your users to self spot. You can set it to 0 if you like. All I
have to do now is find it...<br>

set/var $Spot::minselfspotqrg = 0 (default 1240000KHz or 23cms)
