<p>Agree. As a contester I vote yes. The contests rules have changed
over the years and we need to allow our "customers" to benefit
from competing according to the rules that are written down. A
simple command for those who don't want to see selfspots e.g.
SET/NOSELFSPOTS would be appreciated.</p>
