the usual bad node suspects together our friendly "Russian"
station "correcting" Russian callsigns by transposing two
characters in a previous spot. But he kept the same callsign the
whole contest so he got stopped by the badspotter filter, but he
was still coming in from TOR so that was never going to work. <br>

There will some more "measures" in upcoming releases. <br>
