      I’ve seen this said before but it’s completely wrong.  There are
      literally hundreds of human generated FTx spots daily.  Yes, the
      RBN feed is like opening a hosepipe but to suggest there are few
      manually entered FTx spots is totally inaccurate.  I always have a
      terminal window open and a telnet connection into my own cluster
      when I’m either in the office or the shack and even without the
      skimmer feed enabled, there are always FTx spots passing by.

After some testing I found that to get bands.pl to load from local_data I
had to reboot the node.  Not sure if that is normal or not.
Anyway, the new table is now loaded

No, the console doesn?t give any feedback that it?s been loaded.  

You can test it by setting a filter and checking the appropriate file in
/spider/filter/spots to make sure it?s applied correctly.
