<p dir="ltr">Kin, I absolutely agree! While I'm not a coder or developer I do have some programming experience (C++ many years ago). However, there have been a lot of variables thrown around that newer sysops like myself had no idea existed let alone could be useful.</p><p dir="ltr">The are many variables that are internal to the modules and sub programs that I'm not listing as there is absolutely no need to touch those at all. At this point, I'm just extracting in the hopes the list can be narrowed down to those that are useful with explanations from the code. I share your concerns and would really like the more experienced persons to look over the list and help edit it down. It's a work in progress. I've just about finished with the Perl directory, making a second more in depth pass pulling out the explanations at this time.</p><p dir="ltr">Also really enjoying seeing the structure of Perl coding. May have to learn more! <div dir="ltr">Hello all,
<div><br></div>
<div>Not having any luck with VK9XU this weekend, I have been working on extracting the various variables and their descriptions from Dirk's code. This has mostly been for my own edification, but there was some interest prior by other sysops. It is still a work in progress and I am by no means a Perl coder. With Dirk's permission and interest in the community, I can submit it to the wiki or here on the list. </div>
