      changing IP addresses in the works that does not involve external
      programs or confuguration, just a couple of DNS lookups every 5
      minutes. This will appear tomorrow (probably). <br>

      In the meantime, there is a solution in place in the current test
      branch that will automatic set the IPV4 address on startup.  There
      is an simpler version of the copy attack suppression code.<br>
