      Updated DXSpider nodes no longer send PC92 C records to
      CCClusters. It's possible that I will not send PC92 A & D
      records to him either, but I will need to confer whether or he
      wants them. At one point (some time ago) I believe that he said
      that he dumps them.<br>

          causing issues to CCC nodes due to the large amount of info
          passed by including IP addresses in the PC92 C records causing
          buffer overflows. If I recall correctly...</p>
