Notice of AGM

This years AGM is to be held in the Clubhouse from 18:30 for 19:00 start
(prompt please) on Tuesday 15th April 2003.  

I attach with this letter the following items
		*	Draft agenda (final agenda will be available on the
night)
		*	Job titles for current posts within the club (see
notice board at club for job descriptions)

As you are aware there are a number of items that needs discussion and
decision at the AGM and therefore can you:

	*	Forward any nominations for Vice Presidents
	*	Forward any suggestions for rule changes/ amendments
	*	Agenda items
	*	'Volunteers' for various posts

It is extremely important that we have as many people working on the
committees as possible to spread the workload.  The committee structure is
shown below and we would like to encourage as many of you to step forward
and help.

I would be grateful if any of the above items can be forwarded to me at the
above address either by e-mail or snail mail no later than the 24th March.
This will allow time for the Executive Committee to discuss prior to the
AGM.
