TO ALL PELICAN LADIES

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS EMAIL

A couple of weeks ago I put the idea to you that you should have a Head of Ladies Section.  A lady who could help co-ordinate the activities of the other players, liase with the captains and managers of the teams and generally offer guidance and support.  I had hoped to hold a second meeting in advance of the AGM to thrash out this and other issues but it seems we will not get the chance.  So could you respond to this email by simply answering the following questions:

1.    Do you intend playing next season?
2.    Do you see any benefit in having a Head of Ladies Section?
3.    If yes, have you any suggestions as to who could fill this role or do you know of any willing volunteer?

This is your club so please help by replying honestly.  Remember this is only a proposal but answers are required asap.
