Good afternoon all,

Please look at the list below to see if you can contribute to the
running of the club.

 

Umpire Secretary- Many thanks to Jack for taking on this role for this
season but due to work commitments is unable to continue.

 

This position would suit somebody who is a good organiser and likes
talking to umpires (all the Men's 1st team qualify!!!!!!).Seriously this
role is very important as we need to be able to supply umpires for
matches so we can enjoy ourselves. You don't have to be an umpire to
take on this role but able to go to selection on a Monday night would be
an advantage and also be available to liaise with other clubs in advance
of the games. Full support and guidance would be given.

 

Marketing Manager- Mark Mills has done a tremendous job for the club
over the last few seasons and has generated a lot of extra income for
the club to allow us to keep subs and match fees down( Bov may have
other plans at the AGM!!!!!!) so thank you very much for that. Mark
feels the time is right to step aside to allow fresh ideas to come
through.

 

We need someone who is passionate about the club who can bring ideas to
the table re raising funds for the club through sponsorship/donations
from companies in the surrounding area. Part of this role involves the
fixture card which is normally produced in July. I'm sure Mark would be
willing to expand further re the role.

 

Ladies 3rd team Captain- Kay has done a tremendous job this season
taking on the role of captain but feels unable to continue the role due
to work commitments.

 

The team has really jelled this season and has a great team spirit on
and off the pitch so looking for someone to take that on next season.
