> The GEAR 10k is just over two and a half weeks away and we’re still in need of 20 course marshals. Can anyone help!
> The time commitment is approximately 8.30am to 12.30pm. A course marshal’s responsibility firstly is to ensure the safety of runners and spectators. Marshals ensure that runners keep to the course and that spectators stay off it and they must alert sector leaders if there are any problems, e.g. a runner in need of medical attention.
