Further to my email sent to you regarding the NHUA Workshop on 10th January on stick tackling I am pleased to announce that Dain Lewis, one of England Hockey's Centrally Contracted Coaches and Coach of Watton Ladies Hockey Club has agreed to help with the presentation. Dain will present the different types of tackling that is being taught and what traps potentially us umpires and falling into.  I will hopefully outline some key coaching points that us umpires can take away and learn from.
Also Leo De Salis will be giving a 15 minute presentation about the pre-match chat.

The evening will be held at the clubhouse of Norwich City Hockey Club & Broadland Hockey Club and run from 7.30pm till 9.30pm.
I hope you can all make it.
