I have carried out a pitch inspection, and found a load of lumpy white stuff al over the surface.

As the pitch is unplayable, here is your homework. Watch the video below and look out for the following coaching points. I am only interested in the GB squad:
1. Watch the non ball carrying players. See how they get ahead and react very quickly when the play breaks down 
2. Look at the non ball carrying forwards when we approach the D and note the positions that they take up (posts and top D)
3. Richard Alexander gives a good display of pointing at pressure on the right wing. See if you can notice!
4. Note the use of the width of the pitch
5. Enjoy a great victory against India.

I would also like you to do some practical homework.
Get a tennis ball and practise moving the ball around your skill zone.
Finally, can you do 10 minutes of step ups to keep your fitness levels?
