Firstly, Congratulations to our U14 Girls on their 11-5 victory over City of Peterborough today. (Not a bad days work after giving the opposition a 2 nil start in less than 3 minutes), very sporting although lets not make a habit of it.


Goals today; #6 Poppy Beales, #1 Grace Carrier, #2 Mia Moore, #2 Amber Scott

Some great moments from all of our #TeamPelican players today. Onwards and upwards.


In no particular order, Jane and I would like to thank the following; Nicola Pluck for preparing match teas, all the parents that helped in the kitchen today, Saggy for Umpiring; John Drohan, Tracy Bowers, Ella Picton, Paul Swinburn for their continued weekly coaching and encouragement, Collin Picton for squad training and coaching the girls today. Special thanks to Judith who accompanied the injured Peterborough player to hospital. We wish her a speedy recovery. Finally all the parents, friends and relatives that came to support the girls.


The other results from today; Bury St Edmunds beat Spalding 4-2, Bedford didn't play.
