So, using my eyes, I see there isn't and the latest version of CVS now 
handles PC61 as PC11. And it all seems to work as I expect. I have 
deployed this to GB7BAA, GB7DJK and WR3D which should break some of the 
duping cycles. So, as far as I am concerned, I don't care whether you 
keep sending them or not. Pity I didn't find out before I asked 
everybody to upgrade, but if it had not been this, it would have been 
something else. Hey ho.

On a side note. Can I recommend that you only *originate* PC61 from 
VE1CC nodes and not transform PC11 -> PC61. I have found that doing that 
sort of thing only ends in tears. I have done something similar in the 
past, both with PC like sentences and then with xml. Take it from me, it 
is *much* easier just to pass stuff like this through, as is...
