[Dxspider-support] AGWPE problem

Does anyone have DXSpider running under Windows NT with AGWPE making a connection through a serial port?  I see the small AGW icon on the task bar and there are indications that the NT machine is receiving packets over the serial port.  From there, however, it stops.  I can not make outgoing connections or establish an incoming connection on a serial port with DXSpider.
