[Dxspider-support] Problem loading DX-Spider

Guess it's time to ask for help...

I'm using the instructions in the new admin manual and having difficulty
with the last line in Section 1.4 "create_sysop.pl"  When I attempt to run
this command, I get an error that says "bash: create_sysop.pl : command not
found"

As a Linux "infant" I don't know where to go from here.  I'm logged in as
"sysop" and am in the /home/sysop/spider/perl directory.  The
create_sysop.pl file is there and is not empty.  So far I've been able to
follow the installation instructions without any problem.  I've even gone
back and reloaded everything starting with the CPAN modules.  I guess I must
be making the same mistake twice in a row because the same error has
happened each time.

Any help please?
