Hi Colin,
With respect, if you are following CVS then the changes file will tell
you what is required.  It is a real pain to send out emails to announce
what might be up to 4 updates a day sometimes!  In this case, the only
thing that did not work was the console.  This would not stop you
logging in using client and controlling the cluster from there.  If
there is something that will stop a sysop actually controlling the
cluster, you will get the information via this list.
