[Dxspider-support] zone info??

Today I did:
stat/route_user k1xx-6
       Callsign: K1XX-6
   Country Code: 226
        CQ Zone: 4
          Flags: 2
       ITU Zone: 7
   Parent Calls: W1HR   

Fortunately, New Hampshire is still in Zone 5!  Don't understand why
someone wants to move me.  I also did the same for a local and found
that he had not been moved.

       Callsign: W1JCC
   Country Code: 226
        CQ Zone: 5
          Flags: 2
       ITU Zone: 8
   Parent Calls: K1XX    

Can anyone explain the algorithm for the zone lookup?  I checked my
lat/lon and they are correct.
