[Dxspider-support] zone info??

I think this is an artifact of wpxloc.raw (the original AK1A country
file) on which DXSpider's country file is based (together with cty.dat).

This is actually something I sort of noticed the other day. It is the
difference between doing a sh/pre W1 and sh/pre K1.

I need to do some work on the country file which I will try to remember
to do before 1.49 comes out officially (which will be soon).
