[Dxspider-support] DXNet connections

For some reason DXNet is now having difficulty connecting to some
DXSpider nodes. 

The reason for this appears to be that DXNet expects to see at least
some characters before the PC18 from the node. 

The way to overcome this (and it may be a useful thing to do anyway) is
to create a /spider/data/connect file and put something like:-

*** Connected to GB7DJK

in it.

I may autogenerate one if it isn't present in future versions of the
software.
