[Dxspider-support] Change BGColor in Console.pl

I have had a look at console.pl and can not figure out how to change the 
background color.  It is dark gray and pretty difficult to see.  Would like 
to change it to White...

I try changing it under the xterm perferences, but console.pl overrides 
those settings.

Can anyone help here??
