[Dxspider-support] Change BGColor in Console.pl

It's a bit of a problem. This is a perl Curses 'feature' which I have
had to live with since RedHat 6.1 (I believe it was OK before then). I
will email the author of the perl shim for Curses and have a close look
at the terminfo as well to see if I can nail this.

If it is any comfort: it has been annoying me for a while as well, but I
have just lived with it because nobody else has complained (much).
