[Dxspider-support] Who command and IP addresses.

The default situation is:

If you set a password, then the system will ask the user for a password
for telnet logins (AX25 MD2 passwords are on their way). If there is no
password set, then it doesn't ask for one. 

There are ways to force password for all users. (add 'set/var
$main::passwdreq = 1' to the startup script file), but then you will
need to give each user a password. They can't choose the first one
themselves. You get a completely closed system (at least for telnet
users, currently).
