[Dxspider-support] Filter clarification

One of my users was working with some spot filters and found an
interesting item.  He was trying to receive spots only from US/Canadian
stations.  According to the manuals, one of the methods is:

accept/spots by <prefixes>
accept/spots by w,ve --  this will actually provide spots from PREFIXES,
not COUNTRIES, starting W or VE... W1### or WA8### or VE1###, but does
not include K1###, etc.

If you use:

accept/spots by_dxcc <numbers>
accept/spots by_dxcc w,ve -- this will provide spots from the DXCC
country W or VE... W9### or K2### or WA8### or VE2###

In addition, note that numbers are not being used.  This is different
than shown in the documentation.
