I thought this worked? It does for Spanish (I believe [tin hat on!]).

Do you know what the hexadecimal numeric code is for these characters?

Ok Dirk,this characters are ok in "talk" but not in MSG.
They are :
            é = 82
            è = 8a
            ç = 87
            ê = 88
            à = 85
