[Dxspider-support] Cluster Sysop and distribution file

Hi All

I wonder if there is an easy answer to this little problem

I few days ago a local cluster user of GB7DXG sent a message to SYSOP he
indented the message to go only to myself the sysop of GB7DXG.
This message then went to every cluster sysop in the distribution list.
Ive now edited my distribution list so messages sent to sysop on now go to
me and not the rest of the cluster net sysops.

Yesterday the 03/10/2002 i received a message from a G4 asking for advice
and sent a reply.
It would appear that the G4 only wanted the message to go as far as his
local sysop but as the word sysop was in the message header it went to all
sysops.

User's of a standard packet bulletin board send a message to sysop it stops
at that bulletin board and dose not go to every sysop on the network.

Is there an easy way to still allow a message to be addressed to sysop and
stop at the cluster that the user is connected to and not every cluster
sysop.

one way would be to change the name of the distribution file to something
else but like myself i did not expect a message to sysop to go all over the
place also as a new cluster sysop i was not aware that a sysop distribution
file was installed as part of the spider installation.
