[Dxspider-support] [quiet announce] US state filtering

Just an observation---

I installed the usdb stuff and it works fine, but in my case (living
close to the Canadian border and getting an Internet feed from VE7) I
find that filtering by zones is probably more practical as a means of
displaying only those spots where good propagation is likely.  YMMV.
