For those of you who don't want to run the US DB stuff, but have
upgraded from CVS in the last day or two, got caught up in the crossfire
of development and may now have broken or unreliable systems; I would
recommend upgrading to the current CVS build.  This probably only
affects anyone with a build between 57.100 - 57.119.

The version there just now seems to be reasonably stable and works fine
*without* the US DB stuff loaded. 

Remember, if you *don't* want to do US State filtering, then *don't*
load the US DB stuff from the website nor install it.
