This should read like ...

	Timeout 60
	abort (Busy|Sorry|Fail)
	connect agw 1 w5by
	client w5by ax25

Assuming you are using windows and the AGW port number is 1.

Hopefully this is somewhere near.  I am guessing you use AGW and that
this is an ax25 connect?  The client line at the end can be omitted if
the script is called w5by.
