Unfortunately, I can't help you directly. What you need to do is to set
up the program 'ppm'. 

Doing a cursory surf on google suggests the site:

I have read this and it seems to me to be a good HOW-TO guide both for
updating CPAN modules on Microsoft and also how to install ppm (via the
link in the ppm explanation).

However, Charlie K1XX tells me that, in fact, it probably isn't
necessary. It seems that, on his Microsoft platforms, the cluster will
start without you having to download Digest::SHA1. Don't ask me what
this means or whether it will work for everyone.
