Hi All

On a windows PC you need to have a live internet connection to 
install the digest otherwise it wont work.
When you run (ppm install digest-sha1.ppd) it needs to see an open 
internet connection to download and instll the package.
Thats where i went wrong no open internet connection on my test PC.

Thanks to Charlie, k1xx it would seem that most windows systems 
should have Digest already on thier PC's.It was on mine.

Anyway all updated and working well.
