Be very careful about that ! There is a high need for communication
between users, for example to coordinate MS or EME skeds.
Well, this should be done with "Talk", but as this command is highly
unreliable, many use ANN/F or DX. On my side, I prefer by far that they
(mis)use ANN/F instead of DX, to keep a clean DX database.

The best solution to this communication need would be the chat command,
but nobody uses it, why ?
1) Because (almost) nobody knows about it ?
2) Because the users don't know what chat group to use to get the
    requested audiance ?
3) Because it's not supported by other cluster software ?

I guess we should be able to overcome the problems 1 and 2 by suggesting
a few very general chat groups, like "HF" and "VHF", and displaying this
information for some time in the logon message on all nodes.

When the people would become familiar with the chat command, one can
hope they would be able to create by themselves more specialized
chat groups and stop misusing the ANN/F and DX commands...
