[Dxspider-support] Manuals in CVS

Hi all,
I have finally got around to some stuff I have wanted to do for a
while.  I have updated the makefile and added a perl script that
automates adding the command set into the relevant manuals from Ian,
M0AZM.
The major change to everyone is that the naming of the outputted manual
files has changed.  I have brought them into line with the help docs and
added a language tag to them, like ...

spiderCVS_en.html
adminmanual_en.html

etc

I have left the old files in place for now in case you need to change
any website or symbolic links but please be aware the old manuals will
not be updated.  I will remove them from CVS once a reasonable period
has elapsed.  Please change any links to the new naming structure ASAP.
