Ian, here's something for your "todo" list--

One of my users pointed out that 'set/usstate' doesn't show up in the
latest manual.  In checking, I found that it is mislabelled as
'set/dxstate'.  Likewise, 'unset/usstate' is shown as 'unset/dxstate'. 
'set/dxcq'and 'set/dxitu' aren't in the manual at all.
