Hi Will,
I don't know how you managed to log in b4 if Java was not installed, at
least the jre must have been there. When you click on a telnet or a
java client from a website, your machine does the work, not the remote
machine. This is standard and as such carries a warning on my website
to say you must have a java enabled browser to use the console.

Don't worry about this, there are no problems as yet with it, we are all
getting this.
Happy New Year
