[Dxspider-support] Bug or feature?

This is a feature.

It is designed both to stop people sending duplicate announcements too
quickly (ie more often than every couple of days) and is also part of
the system that reduces the number of looped announced appearing.

You have to be careful what you say as well, else you get logged off for
swearing :-)
