Hi Henk,
Digest-SHA1 is already in the installation manual, I will be adding the
2 new modules as soon as the next release becomes generally available. 
In the meantime look out for an adddendum, once I get sorted!
This is an opportunity to say that those who use CVSLatest or update via
CVS to check the Changes file as it is here you will see anything
required.  Try and make it a habit to look at the Changes file before
restarting your node!
Making the manual fit CVSLatest makes it messy and confusing as I am
sure you can understand.
