[Dxspider-support] win telnet

My attention has been drawn to a Windows telnet style program written by
Dave K1TTT which seems to work nicely with DXSpider. Now I know that
there is some history between some people on here with regard to K1TTT,
but the program seems to work just fine and I would recommend those
interested give it a try.
