Dave,
If they are going to be dedicated DXSpider nodes, then just about any flavor
Linux is good. I have used RedHat, Mandrake, SuSE, Fedora, and Debian with
equal results. My most recent nodes have been using SuSE. The only reason
for selecting SuSE is because all of the AX25 and Perl stuff are on the
distribution disks as RPMs.

I've got an old 486 and a P1 that I want to turn into Spider Clusters. What
do you guys think is the best Linux distribution to use on machines like
this? They each have 64MB of Ram. The 486 has a 1GB drive the P1 has a 6GB
drive.
