[Dxspider-support] Disconnects from another node

When I first set up my node on a DSL line, I was running just fine until
I installed a new Firewall/router. First I had an SMC 7004BR that
worked perfectly with the exception that I could not log on to my work
network with a VPN tunnel. The router did not have the horsepower to
pass IPSec traffic. I replaced it with an SMC 7004ABR and inbound
telnet sessions would not stay connected for more than 5 or 10 minutes.
Got no satisfactory answer from SMC about the issue. I am now running a
DLink router and have no problems. If possible, see if your
firewall/router is an issue by replacing it or taking it out and
connecting direct. Other possibilities are the service provider doing
maintenance, high error rates on your connection, IP address leases
expiring and a new IP address being assigned.
