[Dxspider-support] cluster stalling

I saw very similar problems with an SMC 7004ABR firewall/router.  I
replaced the router with a Dlink brand and the telnet connection
problems went away.

I have several people complaining that after some time
the cluster goes inactive and/or disconnects them. if
they hit the enter button it seems to throw a bunch of
spots their way or kill the connection. do they need
to have a keep alive setting on their software or do i
have something set improperly ??
