I just replaced my LINKSYS BEFSR81 with a D-LINK DI-604 ( which by the way
can be purchased from Amazon for under $30 with the rebate.

After fighting  to get it going, (with lots of help form Charlie-K1XX) I
finally had to call D-Link

After quite a bit of time on the phone with them they "suggested I try
another brand
of router" !!!


Well, Charlie figured it out (AGAIN). (Thanks Charlie).

The throughput seems substantially faster. Time will tell how well the users
stay connected.
