[Dxspider-support] Portable calls entering Dx spots.

Dirk, would it be possible to allow portable calls to connect to Dx
Spider, at least via telnet.  I have several users that have portable
calls and regularly use my AR Cluster node. 

I did some testing with my AR Cluster node today.  I connected as
VA6AAA/VE7 and put out a couple of dx spots for 80 meters.  

On AR Cluster nodes, all is fine:  "DX de VA6AAA/VE7: 3504.0  HA9RT/3
..."

However on Spider this output was  "DX de VA6AAA/     3504.0  HA9RT/3
...", which is ok, but missing a bit of the spotter's call.

Using the CC11 protocol on my Spider node, all came through 100%. 

AR Cluster nodes push the frequency further to the right when there are
more significant digits.
